Starter Plan​

Our Starter Plan is designed to help developers and teams quickly get started with Native Frame:

  • Access to all core features
  • Includes 15,000 minutes of usage

  3. Start building and using your 15,000 minutes

Pay As You Go Plan​

Once you outgrow our starter plan, Native Frame Cloud offers a flexible, usage-based pricing model designed to align costs with your actual usage of the platform:

  • Includes all core features
  • No commitment
  • Pay only for what you use

Pricing Breakdown​

  1. Encoding: $0.03 per minute
    • Represents usage on the broadcaster's side
    • Charged for the time you spend streaming live broadcasts
  2. Delivery: $0.001 per minute
    • Represents usage on the viewer's side
    • Charged for the total time your viewers spend watching your streams

How It Works​

  • You're billed based on your total usage at the end of each month
  • Costs scale with your audience and streaming activity

Example: If you stream for 10 hours (600 minutes) in a month, and your content is viewed for a total of 1000 hours (60,000 minutes) across all your viewers:

  1. Encoding cost: 600 minutes * $0.03/min = $18
  2. Delivery cost: 60,000 minutes * $0.001/min = $60 Total monthly cost: $18 + $60 = $78

Native Frame Private Cloud Plan​

For companies who are streaming at scale or seeking more control, Native Frame Private Cloud offers three packages of pre-configured hardware, software and network bandwidth designed to be cost-efficient at higher volumes:

  • Includes all core features
  • Based on monthly peak concurrent ingests (e.g. streams)
  • Custom SLAs based on availability and support needs

Pricing Breakdown​

Pro Tier:

  • Peak concurrent streams: 5-25
  • Price per concurrent stream: $522
  • Minimum monthly stream commitment: 5
  • Minimum monthly spend: $2,610

Advanced Tier:

  • Peak concurrent streams: 26-99
  • Price per concurrent stream: $432
  • Minimum monthly stream commitment: 26
  • Minimum monthly spend: $11,232

Premium Tier:

  • Peak concurrent streams: 100+
  • Price per concurrent stream: $257
  • Minimum monthly stream commitment: 100
  • Minimum monthly spend: $25,700

How It Works​

  • Choose a tier based on your expected peak concurrent streams for the month. You can change your tier month-to-month to meet anticipated spikes
  • You're billed based on the max number of concurrent ingests for that month, or the minimum monthly spend for that month, whichever is greater
  • Per ingest cost decreases as your streaming activity and audience scales

Example: If you expect that your platform will peak at 100 concurrent streams for the month, but if you end up maxing out at only 80 concurrent streams that month:

  1. If you selected the Advanced Tier, you pay the Advanced Tier rate at $432/stream: 80 streams * $257 = $34,560
  2. If you selected the Premium Tier, you pay the minimum amount on that tier: $25,700

  • Customized configuration and features tailored to your use case

Billing Cycles​

  • Pay as you go and Private Cloud plans are billed on a monthly basis
  • Usage data for encoding and viewing is collected on minutes basis (fractions of a minute are not rounded). The total time and bitrate are collected per ingress and egress stream independentl, e.g. if the broadcast streams at 1 Mbps and the viewer watches the 500 Kbps variant, the bitrate for the broadcast and for the viewer will be calculated as 1 Mbps and 500 Kbps respectively.
  • Monthly usage is charged on the 4th of each month

Changing Your plan​

To upgrade to Native Frame Cloud:

  1. Log in to your Native Frame account
  2. Go to Account > Billing
  3. Select "Upgrade Plan"
  4. Add a payment method and Click “Upgrade Now”

Upgrades take effect immediately.
